To request the electronic notification service, the procedure to follow is as follows:
If you are a body of the Government of the Generalitat,
- You must use the AOC Consortium's e-NOTUM service through the Administrative Integration and Collaboration Platform (PICA) managed by the Office of Processes and Electronic Administration (OPAE). In order to request the services, you must open a request to the Technical Office of PICA (OTPICA) through the Remedy tool.
If you are any other body in the public sector of Catalonia, you will find the procedure to request the service, at EACAT Procedures > provider Consorci AOC, Service CAOC – Request for services > Procedure "Request for registration and modification of services of the AOC" .
It is important that you consider:
- That the form must be downloaded from the entity requesting the service.
- That in order to be able to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you permissions for the "CAOC service - Request for Services" .
- That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will be necessary to sign it electronically and send it through the "Send" button on the form itself or through EACAT Procedures > Registration window .
NOTE: By default, electronic evidence generated in the electronic notification delivery process is signed with an AOC Consortium mid-level electronic Seal Certificate. Optionally, if you want this electronic evidence to be signed with an electronic seal certificate from your entity, you must give it to us following the instructions you will find in "How to give electronic seal certificates to the AOC Consortium?"
