e-NOTUM is a service that the AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations so that they can notify citizens and companies electronically.
To request the e-Notum service, keep in mind that:
- If you are a body of the Government of the Generalitat, you will have to request the service through the Administrative Integration and Collaboration Platform (PICA).
- If you are any other public sector organization in Catalonia, you will find the procedure for requesting the service at EACAT Procedures.
