Your EACAT User Manager will have to register the users who need to access with the e-NOTUM service permissions what you need Two different roles can be defined:

  • Employee : will be able to create/consult notifications in the department assigned to him and consult daily reports. You will not be able to consult or search for notifications from departments to which they are not assigned.
  • Manager : will take care of all the configuration of the body and departments of each body. Therefore, this role will be able to modify the data of your organization and create departments, create notification templates and resource footers and finally assign users with the Employee role to the departments that belong within your organization. (More information: Setting e-NOTUM ). Managers do not have access to notification content if they do not have the additional employee role.
