If you have already received the registration confirmation communication for the e-NOTUM service:
- You must publish the access URL for the citizens and companies receiving the notifications on the corporate website of your institution. (More information: What is the URL of the e-NOTUM that we must have published on our website? )
- Your EACAT User Manager will have to register the users who need to access with the e-NOTUM service permissions what you need Two different roles can be defined:
- Employee : will be able to create/consult notifications in the department assigned to him and consult daily reports. You will not be able to consult or search for notifications from departments that you are not assigned to.
- Manager : will take care of all the configuration of the entity and departments of each entity. Therefore, this role will be able to modify the data of your organization and create departments, create notification templates and resource footers and finally assign users with the Employee role to the departments that belong within your organization. (More information: Setting e-NOTUM ). Managers do not have access to notification content if they do not have the additional employee role.
