How can we customize resource footers in e-NOTUM?

The user of the entity with manager permissions can access the "Configuration" section and create new resource feet from the "Resource footer " option.


You can see the list of Resource Footer that the predefined entity has and create new ones by pressing +. They can also be edited or deleted.

Can we customize e-NOTUM email templates?

Does e-NOTUM allow you to manage the concept of "courtesy days"?

At the AEAT level, there are “courtesy days”, for which the interested party indicates a period of 30 days during which no notifications are made; but this only applies to notifications within the scope of the AEAT. It is regulated by a specific rule (RD 1363/2010, of 29 October), and there is no equivalent to the rules of common administrative procedure of public administrations.

Notwithstanding the fact that eNOTUM does not cover the AEAT's tax procedures, it is transparent to the recipients of the notifications and it would not make sense to allow it from the service because we have no interaction with the interested parties (if we do not collect their consent for the practice of electronic notifications, we also do not consult on courtesy days).

In this sense, if one considers that he can establish courtesy days in the scope of his proceedings, what he should do is collect the consent of the interested party on his part and, in such case, refrain from practice the notification on the indicated days.

Recipient notebook

The e-NOTUM service offers a recipient's notebook that allows you to save the data of the usual recipients of the notifications made by the entity and, therefore, avoids having to enter all the data of these recipients every time it is done. a new notification.

To access this feature, click Settings> Recipients in the left side menu, and this opens a new window that allows us to create New Recipients.


You have to click on the + symbol and this opens a new screen to enter the details of a new recipient.


Fill in the data and click save.

The screen also allows you to edit the recipient's data or delete it.


Once the recipient is created, they can be grouped into one or more groups if needed.


Go to the left side menu Groups and a new screen opens. Pressing + opens a new screen to create a new Group.


To add new recipients to the group, click on the symbol next to the recipient (+ person) and it is added to the group.


It is saved and the group appears in the list of created groups. Users will only be able to see recipients and user groups that have been created by departments that have access permissions.

Configuration Options

E-NOTUM offers some service configuration options, which allows each of us to customize it according to their needs. To access these options, click on Settings in the left side menu and a drop-down will open.


Backoffice management

You can create new backoffices by pressing + and editing the fields.


Management of Appeal Feet and Notification Body

You can see the list of Resource Footer and Notification Body that the predefined body has and create new ones.


To create new ones, press + and a new screen will open.



It allows the creation of departments within the entity. When a new department is created within an organization, it inherits the characteristics of the parent entity and only needs to be configured: id Ens (we can put whatever we want) and Certificate ceded (which must be marked if the certificate has been ceded to the AOC Consortium or the AOC Consortium will be used to sign the evidence)


Once a Department is created, it cannot be deleted by the user. The removal of a department can be requested through a request for support, as long as that department has not issued a notification, if any notification has been issued the department will not be able to be deleted, as it would also imply that 'delete notification.

Access management

This new feature will allow each user of the eNOTUM service to access only the notifications of the department to which they belong.

The GESTOR user can associate a person with a department. From then on, this person will only have access to the department to which he or she is associated. A person may belong to one or more departments. The Manager role in addition to assigning a person to a department, also assigns a default department

The user with NIF (fictitious) 23232323T can only access the notifications of the departments (fictitious) Consorci Administració Oberta de Catalunya, of Contracting and of TEST.

Alert management

On the other hand, platform alert templates can also be managed in “Alert Management” on the left sidebar.

ENOTUM allows you to notify the interested party at the time a notification / communication is filed. These alerts can be emailed and / or smsed. These notices are sent by eNOTUM using a notice template.

Although the enotum already has a default set of templates and is the one that is mostly being used, it is possible that for specific cases, the entity can use other formats / warning template.

** IMPORTANT : Creating these templates requires a technician in HTML technology as well as ensuring the compatibility of the template with different email clients. The AOC Consortium does not support these tasks.

It has not changed the functionality that is being offered now compared to what we already had in the previous version, unless an editor has been added in order to modify, the text and the fields that reference values of the notifications, both email templates as well as SMS templates.

In this case, for each type of message, it is allowed:

  • Download the template in HTML format.
  • Upload a new template in HTML format.
  • Preview , based on fictitious data, to see how the loaded template looks

For both SMS and e-mail templates, the default eNOTUM templates can always be loaded. ENOTUM default templates cannot be modified.

** IMPORTANT : To use the templates, it will be necessary to indicate when the new notification / communication is created which template you want to use. If no template is specified, eNOTUM uses those that are defined as default templates
