The e-NOTUM service, once the notification reaches its final state, automatically generates the document "Evidence of the notification process" in which the basic metadata of the notification is reported (id, issuing body, title, reference and date and registration number) and where the date and time of making the notification available is reliably proven, as well as the practice of the same (whether by acceptance or rejection of it), and the person who accessed it.
The document also contains the data relating to the recipients, as well as their email and/or mobile phone number, where the notice of making the notification available has been sent.
Attached to the document are the administrative act and its annexes (if any), as well as the xmls of the evidence of deposit and practice.
In the case of the citizenship portal, the evidence document is slightly different, since due to personal data protection policy, the data relating to the recipients is anonymized and the embedded XMLs are not included.
In the case of notifications opened by representatives of the recipients, the evidence reports the data of this person who has accessed and opened the notification, indicating: name, surname and DNI/NIE/Passport of the same, in addition to the data of the represented recipient. This applies both to representatives registered in the Representa, and to representatives who can prove it with a representative certificate.
Additionally, in the xml of the evidence, the identifier of the representation registered in the Representa is incorporated, which enables this representative to access the notification on behalf of the represented person, or the data of the representative certificate.
In the case of notifications accepted on the Dehú platform , in the xml of the notification evidence, the evidence of the practice in Dehú is incorporated, in the DadesPracticant/Interessat block, where a binary is incorporated into the CertificacioDEHu element.
